Refund policy

All H17 Studio pieces are handmade, and because of this, all sales are generally final.

Each item is individually cut, sewn, embroidered, and/or finished by hand. While I take great care in creating each piece, handmade items may have slight variations or small imperfections. These are a natural part of handmade work and make each H17 Studio piece unique. Minor variations in stitching, placement, pattern alignment, color, or construction are not considered defects.

Because each piece is handmade and often produced in limited quantities, returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, color preference, or other personal preferences are not accepted. Please review all product descriptions, measurements, photos, and details carefully before purchasing.

If there is a significant issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or an item arriving with substantial damage or a defect beyond normal handmade variation, please contact H17 Studio within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so I can review it.

Approved returns must be returned in their original, unused and unwashed condition. Return authorization is required before sending an item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, instructions will be provided at that time. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by H17 Studio.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
